If you lose 22 pounds in two months, I will disown you!!!  It will only prove how unfair life is, because I could literally starve for two months, and still wouldn&#039;t drop 22 pounds.
But, my suggestions are, first off, don&#039;t call it a diet, just learn to eat healthy, you have to make it something you can live with the rest of your life.  Find some type of exercise you can live with the REST of your life, not just two months.  My mantra.....I won&#039;t start doing something that I know in my heart I will not do for the rest of my life.
I have been pretty much walking my whole life.  There was maybe a two to four year period where I didn&#039;t, but other than that, I have always walked or treadmilled.  I have been skating for the past two years, and will continue to do so until I can&#039;t.  I try to eat healthy most of the time, and I watch my weight and try to at least maintain, if not lose!  If you talked to my co-workers they will tell you I am one of the most disciplined people in the office when it comes to what I will and won&#039;t eat.  You know you usually only have to hold out for about 15 minutes because then the food is usually gone!
So, dig in your heels and do something you can do forever!!!  No offense, but at the age your getting to be you really and truly need to try to stay healthy, and, unfortunately, your generation has turned to eating on the run, and eating frozen, processed, unhealthy foods.  Try more homecooking without all those nasty preservatives!!!  I will be rooting for you.

Real suggestion: instead of chips and salsa eat veggies and hummus or hummus and pita chips. I have recently discovered this and I am sold on it but you have to find a good hummus that you like. Unfortunately it can be a costly venture. Good Luck friend!
