After I originally commented I seem to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on every time a comment is added I recieve four emails with the exact same comment. There has to be an easy method you are able to remove me from that service? Thanks!

The first gift I ever gave my darling husband when we met was an uberkate circle necklace. With our 8 month old baby he never spoils himself. I’d love to make him feel special with a personalised gift and this is just his style!

Nice timing! I made Kroketten just after Christmas as a way to use up some leftover roast turkey. I'd forgotten just how much I used to love them. Yours are so very neat and regular! Mine were all sorts of sizes. Clearly I need more practice!

In my experience, no, we aren't reaching that demographic... we are content to do mostly the same old thing - using our processes as crutches and ignoring the real needs of the people. It seems as long as we preach from the word, and have a church board, everything else will sort itself out. And it just isn't the case.
Perhaps, expanding each attractive bullet in your post could help us all, objectively, start checking off boxes in the pursuit of engaging the creative class (then, maybe we could all move on to other classes too - via similar model).
So, you say INCLUSIVE - what does that look like? If my website says "Everybody welcome," is that all we need to do to check that box? What is the extent of each of these traits? What can the church do, corporately, to promote these and get better?
(I have a feeling this spark is going to ignite. Well done, B.)

I think we are on the right track at our church but I don't think we actually knew who we were trying to reach. According to your notes we are trying to reach the creatives. Please keep writing!! This is good stuff.

I believe this is what Randy Elrod helped usher in to The People's Church. A creative cultural revolution. My understanding is over 400 members left over the transition (or breaking down of the barriers between us & them). But they have reached a whole new demographic and are stronger and better for it. Kudos! Great post.
