Art transcends language and culture and is powerful enough to bring people onto the same page even if it’s just for a common cause.

There is a good article at MSN that looks at The Upside of ADHD, the part that hugely contributes to society in artistic and creative ways. And although for “normal” people, relating to ‘us’ may be difficult, because we can’t necessarily remember to pay the bills or take out the trash, recognizing us as God’s children who have a special place and unique gifts could be a turning point in our churches. All creative types are a little nuts… we all know that. Maybe if the regs would give us a bit of a chance, they’d find that our way of reaching out really connects with people’s hearts and may just draw them in long enough to hear about Jesus in a way nothing else could.

Wow, great quote, I have never heard this before. People need to listen, there is an artist in all of us and it must be developed. The less we develop the more the world will continue to go crazy-
