And I will grant you that &quot;changed lives&quot; is much harder to quantify... one question though, how is increasing the number of unwed mothers a sign of success? Is the pastor the father? Are we measuring his fertility?

First measure of success - are people growing in their love for God and their love for each other?
Vision - Transform Our Region, Transform Our World
Second measure - are we seeing life-change in the people we are interacting with regionally and globally?
Strategy - Invest, Invite, Ignite, Impact
Third measure - are we seeing an increase in these four areas across our congregation?
It would take more time to unpack and explain each of these measures but we have spent the last two years working on this stuff and feel like we are just scratching the surface of its implications.
