I love the "mostly dead" reference :) Perfect. I feel the same way, though not *quite* as zombie-ish as you over here!

Confession: posting comments on the FB link to my blog (rather than ON my blog) drives me CRAZY. I often copy/paste them to comments on my blog. Why? My blog is like my digital scrapbook. Comments on my blog will save...FB will not. Have you gone back a few years and read comments from others on your posts? It's pretty fun to do. Anyway, just a pet peeve. I often wait a few days to post my blogs to FB...that way the "faithful" will leave their comments without the option of FB. Man, I'm hardcore.

Keep blogging...it makes me feel a little bit connected to you!

The funny part too, is whenever I post the link to a blogpost on Facebook, people come here to read it, and then go back to Facebook and leave their comments there.

On one hand, maybe it's limited to a couple cause they're the ones who kept posting. On the other hand, I don't need a ton of traffic. I'm finding blogging is something that just might be good for me, and I think the people that I want to read it will come over from Facebook to check it out. But yeah, the reality is blogging will never be what it was for short period of time.
